About

My name is Arash Salarian. I’m a computer engineer and a biomedical researcher. Currently I’m focusing on designing algorithms for motion tracking for a novel generation of products at Logitech SA. Previously I was a senior scientist Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and a senior research associate at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).

I’m fascinated by the science, technology and mathematics. Quite often I find valuable applications of seemingly unrelated domains in my research.

I’m living in Lausanne, Switzerland. My hobbies include reading, programming, hiking and wandering in the world(s).
